Discovery fuels my inspiration which leads to more discovery.

I’m always in search of the big picture and asking “why”. As a first-generation Brazilian-American in Texas, I’ve developed a curiosity and sensitivity for noticing connections. Those who know me have often seen me obsess over seemingly minute things like the varying meanings of the word pastel across different latin-based languages, or going all in to learn everything about a new hobby.

In my work, this perspective helps me look at the individual elements in a design and identify patterns that create a cohesive design system, where all the parts work together towards a whole.
